I was completely blown away by the staff at Brake Masters. The customer service that they provided was above and beyond. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, worked with me on a solution, and didn’t make me feel pressured into anything. Both gentlemen at the counter were very helpful. I was in and out of the shop in a short time, and had the rest of my day to do what needed to be done, rather than having to sit there waiting. I will say that the waiting area and women’s bathroom were spotless, there is cold water in the fridge, and a well stocked k-cup machine available as well.
